Affordable Property Management Inc. (otherwise known as APM) provides property management services to residential buildings in Ontario. The company has been in existence since 1991 and has focused solely on affordable housing. We specialize in non-profit housing and condominiums.

Social Housing is governed by the Social Housing Reform Act and the Residential Tenancies Act. All APM employees are trained property managers or administrators who have attended special training to work in the social housing industry.

Condominiums are governed by the Condominium Act

We are a medium sized company managing over 3000 units of social housing. We can provide to you a full service team of property management, administration and accounting. Our head office is located at Kingston Road and McCowan Road in Toronto. We are able to provide property management services anywhere in Ontario and will hire local residents and provide full training to work in the field of property management.

We currently have a staff of 25 full time employees. We can provide on-site management staff that will be available to the residents or maintenance staff for the building. We can also provide accounting and bookkeeping services.
